1. Acceptance of Terms

If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of 33jili services, you must register a player account. The following terms apply to account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 33jili Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. - KYC Verification: 33jili may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
- Account Updates: You must promptly notify 33jili of any changes to your registered information by contacting our support team.
4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
By using the 33jili Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempting to defraud 33jili or other players through collusion, cheating, use of bots, automated software, or any other unfair means.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
- Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 33jili staff through any communication channel.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
- Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations.
- Creating accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to use your account.
33jili reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 33jili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
- Accepted Payment Methods: 33jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and major Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards.
- Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Processing Times: Deposits are generally credited instantly or within a short processing window. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and may be subject to KYC verification requirements.
- Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits or verified accounts in your name. 33jili does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.

6. Bonuses & Promotions
33jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

- 33jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- 33jili is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, hardware failures, or other technical problems outside of our direct control.
- In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 33jili's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Gambling involves financial risk. You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose. 33jili is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of the Platform.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
33jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable policy.
- Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

- Formal Proceedings: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
- Regulatory Complaints: Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 33jili with respect to your use of the Platform.
